The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality with administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, managing the OSQ team calendar, note taking, data entry, record keeping, payroll, expense reports, and budget management. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, fulfilling sales sample requests, ordering office supplies and dry goods inventory, reviewing and updating OSQ documentation, preparing documents and communication for the VP of OSQ, coordinating plant tours and other relevant events
