Our Fully Cleaned Calamari product line is a frozen foodservice offering, and is a somewhat smaller and delicate calamari compared to our Classic Calamari offering. Wholesale customers looking for the texture and flavor of the Asian Loligo squid species will appreciate this product. 

Our teams have carefully curated a collection of imported squid species for this product line and enforce a tight specification for all of our processing partners overseas. The result is the best of both worlds: a consistent flavor, texture, and size, as well as uninterrupted, year-round availability. All of our seafood is imported under our Ethical Supply Chain policy. Our imported calamari is packed in different formats to meet the unique needs of different professional and home kitchens: 

• 2.5 pound block frozen bags, packed in a 25 pound case - the standard for most foodservice operations. 
• 10 pounds, ready-to-cook, packed in plastic rounds or foam coolers - ideal for quick turn around, smaller orders, and to save time, space, and labor to slack out the seafood.
• 8 ounce pre-portioned bags in a 10 pound master case - a good option for quick thawing and operations who need tight control on portions and margins.
