Ingredients:

2 tbsp. gochujang paste

1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. kimchi brine (plus 1/2 cup prepared kimchi, divided)

4 brioche buns, toasted

1/2 head Bibb lettuce, leaves separated

1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 cup pickled red onions, drained

Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Preparation:

Fry clam tenders at 350°F until crisp and fully heated through, about 2 minutes.

Combine gochujang, honey and kimchi brine together in large bowl. Add clam tenders
and toss to coat.
