Harissa Spiced Clam Strips with Chermoula

Ingredients:
● 1 lb. bag The Town Dock Clam Strips
● 1 cup packed fresh parsley leaves, plus more for garish
● 1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, plus more for garnish
● 1 lemon, juiced, plus lemon wedges, for serving
● 1 clove garlic, minced
● 1 tsp. ground coriander
● 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
● 1/2 tsp. paprika
● 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
● 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
● Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
● 2 tbsp. harissa paste
Preparation:
1. Place parsley, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, coriander, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika and ginger in a food processor and pulse, scraping down the sides as needed, until finely chopped, about 30 seconds. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in oil until fully combined, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
2. Fry clam strips at 350°F until crisp and fully heated through, about 2 minutes.
3. Toss clam strips, harissa, salt and pepper together in large bowl until coated. Garnish with additional parsley and cilantro. Serve with chermoula and enjoy!
