The Town Dock Welcomes Chef Heather Sonoski

Sonoski culinary headshot - retouchThe Town Dock is pleased to welcome Chef Heather Sonoski as our Director of National Accounts. Heather is a Johnson & Wales trained Chef and recently graduated with her MBA.

As the Director of National Accounts, Heather will represent our full range of foodservice products and partner with large, multi-location customers for their calamari needs. 

Heather brings a multi-faceted foodservice resume to her new role at The Town Dock. She previously owned an Italian restaurant, as well as served on the faculty at an accredited culinary school. Additionally, she brings nearly 20 years of experience in foodservice, sales, and national accounts.

A passionate foodie who loves to learn and usually loves to travel, Heather is currently spending her time in her Texas home with her husband and two teenage girls.
