Narragansett, RI – For the second year in a row, The Town Dock has been named one of Rhode Island’s Best Places to Work.
“It means so much to us to be recognized as a Best Place to Work,” said Ryan Clark, CEO of The Town Dock. “It’s especially humbling to be recognized when employee feedback is such an important part of the decision process.”
The Best Places to Work competition is a statewide program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places to work. The two-part process includes both an employer questionnaire and an anonymous survey of employees. The employee survey represents 75% of the overall employer score.
The annual list of Best Places to Work in Rhode Island is organized by Providence Business News and conducted by Best Companies Group. The Town Dock was recognized in the Midsize Employer category.
“I’m proud of the people here – more than anything else, they are why The Town Dock is a great place to work,” said Clark.
The Best Places to Work awards ceremony will be June 13, 2019, at the Crown Plaza in Warwick.
